Hello! My name is Holly Morgan, and I am a Montanan artist, and graduate of Saint Olaf College where I obtained two degrees in studio art and art history.

I work with oil paints on large-scale canvases to express a nonlinear sense of place with bold lines and vibrant colors. My interests reside in surreal compositions of foreign and domestic destinations. I am not interested in exact depictions of these settings though.

Each painting is a multitude of experiences combined into one piece. I use various photographs from my global travels and my personal family archive as references. Every piece is a unique collage of a place I have been.

Throughout my works, I use the color gold liberally to enhance memory and beauty in a whimsical manner.
